Please note the following Terms and Conditions before making your purchase. By purchasing a module with Community Clubs Victoria, you agree to be bound by and abide with these Terms and Conditions.

  • NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY: All purchases of the SIAG HR+ Modules are non-refundable. If you have any queries, please contact CCV's Member Services team before finalising the transaction, as refunds are unable to be provided under any circumstances.

  • MODULE VALIDITY: The user license for each SIAG HR+ Module will re-set at the end of the month in February annually. It is your responsibility to complete the module within this time frame. Note that extensions or refunds due to non-completion are unable to be accommodated.

  • MODIFICATIONS: CCV reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the modules. CCV may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating this page.

  • NON-ACCREDITED TRAINING: The SIAG HR+ Modules are supplied by CCV and are available exclusively to CCV members. The SIAG HR+ Modules are non-accredited training programs that offer valuable insights and information delivered by SIAG's specialist Advisors. The modules do not confer formal accreditation or certification. The modules are designed for educational purposes, do not constitute professional advice, and do not take into account the specific circumstances of any users. CCV and SIAG are not liable for decisions or actions taken based on module information. Please consult with a qualified professional if you require specific professional advice. The information contained within the learning hub modules constitutes general business management information. If you require legal advice, you need to consult with a Solicitor.

  • LIABILITY: To the extent permissible by law, CCV and its affiliates exclude liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the products or materials offered, including loss of data, revenue or any other economic loss. Where the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) applies, CCV's maximum liability is the remedies required by the ACL, and in all other circumstances is the amount paid by the user to acquire access to the modules.

  • CREDENTIAL CONFIDENTIALITY: The user must ensure the confidentiality of any access credentials such as username, password or any other account information. The user will take appropriate steps to safeguard any user credentials. CCV will not be liable for any unauthorised access or use of your account.

  • APPLICABLE LAWS: All purchases, and these terms and conditions shall be construed and applied in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australian and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
